It's Cinco De Mayo and we already had a great morning on WSIX here in Music City, but it is only going to get better because Jason and I are heading over to S1 publishing to finish a song that we started with multiple #1 songwriter/producer Rory Feek and good friend and great songwriter, David Banning. You can see Rory and his talented wife on the new CMT show "Can You Duet."

The song we are finishing is called "Giddy Up" and we think it really has a great chance to get recorded by Brooks and Dunn or Trace Adkins. Wish us luck!!! Any day writing a song is a great day!
